Charcuterie (pronounced “shahr-ku-tuh-ree”) is all about how you prepare and assemble cured meats and other meat products on a charcuterie board (or a cheese board).

The term “charcuterie” is also referred to an assortment of meats that are paired with different accompaniments–like crackers, fruit, cheese, and dips.

There are no hard rules for making a charcuterie board. Make it your own, change it up, think outside the box! That is what makes charcuteries so interesting and fun; they are always different.  Join us as we get together and make our own, just in time for the holiday gatherings.

Registration includes an 8" x 12" cutting board, all foods used to make your board, snacks and libations!
